13.5kW Solar & Whole-Home Battery Backup System
A large residential solar installation designed to maximise energy independence, increase self-consumption, and provide reliable full-home backup during grid outages.
This installation features 30 high-efficiency 450W DMEGC solar panels, delivering a total system capacity of 13.5kW. The array was paired with a powerful 12kW Sigenergy hybrid inverter for efficient energy conversion and intelligent power management throughout the property.
To maximise storage and reduce reliance on the grid, we installed two 10kWh SigenStor batteries, providing 20kWh of battery storage. This allows the homeowner to store surplus generation during the day and use it later in the evening or at peak demand times.
The system also includes a Sigenergy Gateway, enabling full-home backup functionality. In the event of a power cut, the property can automatically switch over via uninterrupted backup power, helping keep the whole home running.
To complete the installation, we fitted professional bird protection to help protect the panels and roof from nesting birds while supporting long-term performance and system reliability.

10.3kW Solar Installation with Sigenergy Battery Storage
A high-performance residential solar installation built to maximise energy generation, increase self-consumption, and significantly reduce reliance on grid electricity.
Our team recently completed this impressive system using 20 × Aiko Neostar 515W solar panels, creating a powerful 10.3kW solar array capable of delivering substantial clean energy throughout the year. Aiko panels are well known for their excellent efficiency, sleek appearance, and long-term durability.
Power from the array is managed by a Sigenergy 10kW single-phase inverter, paired with a SigenStor 10kWh battery storage system. This allows the homeowner to store excess generation during the day and use that energy later in the evening, helping reduce electricity bills and improve energy independence.
To help protect the installation for years to come, the system was completed with full bird guard protection, supporting long-term panel performance and helping keep the roof area protected.
As with all our renewable installations, this system is MCS certified, enabling the homeowner to register for the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG) and receive payments for surplus electricity exported back to the grid. The installation is also covered by our insurance-backed workmanship guarantee, providing complete peace of mind.

22kW Solar PV Installation




We recently completed a high-capacity 22kW solar PV installation for a client in Hull, East Yorkshire. The system features 56 high-efficiency 405W solar panels paired with a Solax X3 Ultra Hybrid Inverter, delivering a powerful and future-ready renewable energy solution.
To ensure smart energy management, the system is integrated with a user-friendly app that allows the customer to monitor real-time energy production and usage.
